Obama Decision Still at Supreme Court

The latest challenge to Obama’s eligibility is still awaiting word from the U.S. Supreme Court. The decision on whether or not to hear Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz, docket # 08A469, will presumably be released Monday morning.

This case, like the 12 others moving through the various courts, basically claims that Obama is not a “natural born” citizen, as required by the Constitution, because  his father was a British subject and his stepfather moved him to Indonesia and registered him as an Indonesian citizen. Either would make Obama ineligible to be President. Obama still refuses to simply show his birth certificate and end the matter.

No. 08A469
Cort Wrotnowski, Applicant
Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut Secretary of State
