Supreme Court Denies 2nd Obama Case

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied the second case considered for a hearing challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President. The Wrotnowski case claimed that Obama’s father was a British subject and therefore Obama is ineligible to be President under the Constitutional requirement that the president be “natural born.” The Court did not rule on the case; it simply denied the motion to hear it.

At least two similar cases on their way to the Supreme Court and it is not known if they will suffer the same fate. Obama still refuses to release his birth certificate.
