The U.S. Supreme Court and the Department of Justice have confirmed that they have officially received the legal documents that challenge Obama’s eligibility to be President under the regulations of the U.S. Constitution.

For months legal challenges have been winding through the courts challenging the Obama campaign to show that he is a “natural born” citizen as required by the Constitution, Article 2, Section 1. Obama’s response was to deny access to his birth certificate, without explanation, and to hire lawyers to keep his records secret, including his college records.

These somewhat peculiar actions have caused growing speculation that Obama was born in Kenya as his father’s family has said all along. There are also questions about his citizenship because it is known his stepfather moved the family to Indonesia when Obama was a boy and changed his citizenship. Either of these, if shown in court, would make him ineligible to be President.
