Obama Birth Certificate Saga Continues

Though the White House and the mainstream media seem desperate to stop the inquires about Obama’s birth certificate and other records he has kept secret from the public, the public is not content to let the matter go. If anything the controversy is generating more interest as recent polls have shown that over 50% of Americans want the issue resolved.  In the last several days more information has come to light and speculation continues to grow. Documents released showing what a 1961 Hawaiian birth certificate looks like make it clear that what Obama’s people put up on the internet looks nothing like one.

New doubts about the true relationship between Obama’s mother and father have sparked more controversy because they don’t match what has been previously reported and still don’t prove he was born in the United States.

Hawaiian officials have also admitted that they cannot vouch for the accuracy of Obama “Certification of Live Birth” (which, by the way, is not the same as a birth certificate).

On a more odd note, a wealthy businessman has announced on his website that he will pay $100,000 to anyone who can prove to his satisfaction that Obama is eligible as a “natural born” citizen to be President. (This is 10 times the $10,000 offer made previously by WorldNetDaily, which asked for anyone who attended the birth in Hawaii–doctor, nurse, attendant, etc.– to come forward, and no one has.)

In addition, over at CNN, anchorman Lou Dobbs, is calling on Obama to end the controversy by simply producting his long-form, official birth certificate, which is what others have been asking for since last summer.

The incredible saga of the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency continues on with no end in sight as long as he has the resources to resist. So far he has reportedly spent about $1,000,000 to keep his birth certificate and other records out of public view. Eventually, it may be the Supreme Court that has to step in and put an end to this controversy by demanding he show his documents.
