Request Obama Eligibility Case Be Moved to D.C.

Attorney Orly Taitz has requested that a lawsuit she has filed questioning Obama’s eligibility under the U.S. Constitution to be President be moved to federal district court in Washington, D.C. Previously the case was filed in California and the federal district judge there refused to hear the case because he said that it was in the wrong jurisdiction.

Questions about Obama constitutional eligibility have been ongoing since before the election because it has been said he was born in Kenya, according to his own grandmother, which would make him ineligible to be President. Also questions have arisen since it is estimated that Obama has spent over $1.7 million to keep his birth certificate and his school and college records from public view. One might ask: Why the secrecy? Eventually, the courts will have to decide if he must show his documents or not.
