Attorney: Obama Ineligible to Be President

May 29, 2010

Attorney Mario Apuzzo, who currently has a case challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President pending before the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, explains in the article linked below why Obama is not a “natural born” citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution. In short, to be eligible the President has to be born in the United States and both parents must be American citizens.

There has been significant controversy that Obama was born in Kenya, as claimed by his own grandmother, though he claims he was born in Hawaii. However, even if he were born in Hawaii, it is well known that his father was a British citizen from Kenya who was a foreign student studying in the United States. This alone should have disqualified him from running for or being President.

Suspicions continue because Obama has steadfastly refused to provide his official long-form birth certificate and he has had all of his college records sealed. Both of these actions have resulted in several lawsuits and Obama is estimated to have spent almost $2 million to keep these documents from public view. So far he has been able to keep the public from seeing any of his birth or college records. Upcoming court cases may change this.

Obama Caught in Social Security Number Fraud?

May 12, 2010

Private investigators have filed affidavits stating that Obama is using a Social Security number that was issued to residents of Connecticut though there is no evidence that he ever lived in that state or even had a mailing address there. The card was also issued some years after his first work experience, which is very irregular.

Questions of Obama’s eligibility to be President have been swirling since before the election and his standing as a “natural born” citizen has been repeatedly challenged. It is known that his father was a British subject from Kenya, and questions have arisen about Barack’s travels to Pakistan as a college student when it was off limits to Americans, as well as questions about his Selective Service registration, which also appeared fraudulent.

The Social Security card investigation further continues the questions of who Obama really is and what is his background? What is it that he is hiding? Why won’t he allow the public to see his birth certificate and other records?

Michelle Obama Speaks: Husband is Kenyan

May 7, 2010

Two youtube videos have surfaced on the internet in which Michelle Obama admits that her husband Barack is a Kenyan. One was taken at a fundraiser in 2007 in which she refers to him as a Kenyan. In the other one she refers to Kenya as Barack’s “home country.”

It would seem that it is an open secret that Obama is not a natural born American, as required by the Constitution, but a Kenyan, which most know or admit  except for the American news media and Congress. Such has been widely reported in Africa for some years and more recently a PM in the Kenyan government spoke about it officially and openly, on the record. (See posting April 12, 2010 below).

How long will this continue? Obama is evidentally not a natural born American citizen and is therefore not eligible to be President.  Hopefully the court will soon settle this issue.

Attorney Clarifies Obama’s Ineligibility to Serve

May 6, 2010

Attorney Mario Apuzzo, who has a case challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President pending before the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, lays out the case explaining why Obama is not a “natural born” citizen as required by the Constitution.

Clearly there is a distinction between a “natural born” citizen and a “native born” or naturalized citizen.  Natural born means both parents are American citizens. Native born means the person was born in the United States though the parents may not be American citizens. Naturalized means a foreign born person became a citizen. Only a natural born citizen can be President according to Article 2, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution.

The speculation of whether Obama was born in Hawaii or Kenya is possibly a moot point. Since Obama’s father was a Kenyan and a British subject, Barack does not seem to meet the criteria to serve as President no matter where he was born (though the federal court may have to rule on this). This might help explain why Obama has repeatedly refused to show his birth certificate. Will it ever be seen while he is still acting as President will have to be decided by the court. So far he has managed to keep it hidden from public view.

Attorney Answers Obama Supporter’s Comments

May 5, 2010

Attorney Mario Apuzzo, who has a case challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President upcoming in the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, answers some comments and attempts to clarify some misunderstandings from an Obama supporter (link below):

(c) Mario Apuzzo

Apuzzo is straightforward and quite clear in explaining that under the requirements of the Constitution that the President must be a “natural born” citizen, not naturalized or native born, that Obama does not qualify. His father was a British subject, so no matter if he was born in Kenya or Hawaii, he is ineligible to be President. Apuzzo’s answers show an understanding lacking in the media.
