Judge Disallows Obama Documents for Defense

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin’s defense suffered a setback when the military judge ruled that she would not allow Obama’s documents to be used as evidence. Lakin contends that Obama is ineligible to be President under the requirements of the Constitution and therefore his orders as Commander in Chief are invalid.

Dr. Lakin is an 18-year veteran, board certified physician. He has served several tours overseas and has a record as an outstanding flight surgeon. He was awarded the Bronze Star.

His defense planned on using Obama’s birth certificate, or lack thereof, or other personal documents to show that Obama is ineligible to be President because he is not a “natural born” citizen. Obama has steadfastly refused to let anyone see his official, long form birth certificate, school and college records, passport records, etc. It has been estimated that Obama has spent about $1.7 million to keep his records secret from the public and out of court.
